TASTE THE HOLIDAYS WITH HARRY AND DAVID!

this year we are spending the holidays with my husband's family. this is my first christmas away from home and that''s tough. thankfully, whenever we are here, we are so busy running around town, chasing our nephews, and eating and drinking our way through the city that there is never much time to feel down. this year i am learning all about the miller family traditions and i could not be more excited. we will be baking cookies, constructing gingerbread villages, and creating christmas themed cocktails. it's kind of a running joke around here that everything revolves around food. but hey, i'm not complaining!

this holiday season, harry and david invites us to share how we taste the holidays. for us, it's all about creating fun treats that we can share and then enjoy throughout the week. opening that gold pear on christmas morning as if it's another gift under tree and passing around truffles for all to enjoy.

join the sweepstakes by sharing how you #tastetheholidays. four winners will receive a 1000$ gift card to harry and david!

OH, CHRISTMAS TREE!

a few photos from an afternoon running around freezing in a field of christmas trees. in search of that most perfectly, imperfect tree. just waiting to come home with us. with fluffy snowflakes falling from the sky. and the wind, so cold, that hot chocolate was a must. we found that perfectly, imperfect tree and brought her home. with charlie brown playing on tv, we adorned her with ornaments we've collected over the past six years. from different cities and many different seasons of life. each one so special to us. the way they will remain for all the years to come.
